RETURN POLICY

Please read carefully.

SALE ITEMS:

  • All discounted items, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

RETURN POLICY:

  • If you are not satisfied with the items you have received or they are damaged simply return it for a replacement or store credit (no cash refunds). In the instance of damage or defect, we will replace the items.
  • Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed. We are unable to except returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Merchandise will need to be in their original condition including all packaging, tags and returned within 10 days of you having received the items along with your receipt.
  • Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received by Body and Soul. Please be aware that you will incur an additional freight charge for the delivery of the replacement item (unless the item was faulty, damaged).

RETURNS PROCESS:

  •  For damaged or faulty merchandise please send us an email at bodyandsoulcustomer@gmail.com along with a photo of the damaged item and please explain the problem with as much detail as possible.
  • The items to be exchanged must be addressed within 10 days upon receiving.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by us. Understandably, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.
